A Coin is used to demonstrate how an athlete should drive over the hurdles and stay low to improve lead leg driving, secondly, hurdles are set up to allow the athlete to improve speed, balance, coordination over 5 hurdles.
Suggested for Elementary and Secondary athletes.
Note: depending on the athlete and his skills level, modifications are required to improve the athlete's skill. It is extremely important to allow beginner athletes to learn the basic skills of hurdling, such as learning the correct lead and trail leg for starting purposes and the hurdling race it self.
